p998 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions:

Term	Meaning
"Platform"	The p998 website accessible at p998.ws, including all games, betting markets, account features, and related services.
"User" / "you"	Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the p998 platform in any capacity.
"Account"	The personal account created by a User upon successful registration with p998.
"Balance"	The total funds held in a User's account, including deposited funds and confirmed winnings, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
"Bonus Credits"	Promotional funds credited to an account that are subject to separate wagering requirements and are not withdrawable until such requirements are met.
"Wager"	Any bet placed or game round staked using real-money balance or bonus credits on the p998 platform.
"KYC"	Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under the Platform's licensing obligations.
"PKR"	Pakistani Rupee, the functional currency of all transactions on the p998 platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 By accessing the p998 platform, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by continuing to use the platform after any amendment to these Terms, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

2.2 These Terms apply to all Users regardless of location, device, or method of access. Access via mobile browser, desktop, or any application distributed or authorised by p998 is subject to these same Terms.

2.3 p998 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any paid feature of the p998 platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. p998 will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process, and accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending resolution.

3.2 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

3.3 Excluded Persons. The following individuals are not permitted to register or use the p998 platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age;
• Persons who have been self-excluded from the platform or from gambling services generally;

Access from prohibited jurisdictions is a breach of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the p998 platform. Creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances reviewed for potential forfeiture.

4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. p998 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login details. You must notify p998 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4.4 KYC Verification. p998 may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by p998 may result in account restriction or suspension of withdrawals.

4.5 Account Non-Transferability. p998 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods. p998 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p998 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard. p998 may adjust limits at its discretion, including imposing enhanced limits pending KYC completion.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Once approved, withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically feasible. p998 aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated on the platform; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external factors.

5.4 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited to your p998 account are legitimately yours and are not derived from criminal activity. p998 complies with applicable anti-money laundering requirements and may request source-of-funds documentation at its absolute discretion.

5.5 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts that remain inactive — meaning no login or financial transaction — for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee deducted from the remaining balance, as permitted under the Platform's licence conditions. Users will be notified via email before any such fee is applied.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets. All bets placed on the p998 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and event type. These rules are published within the relevant betting section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. p998 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where a bet is placed after an event has concluded, where odds were published in error, or where suspicious betting patterns are identified.

6.3 Obvious Errors. Where odds, pay-tables, or game outcomes are published in obvious error — including technical glitches, manifest pricing errors, or system malfunctions — p998 reserves the right to declare such bets or rounds void and return stakes to the User's account balance.

6.4 Casino & RNG Games. All casino games, slot titles, and RNG-based card games on p998 use independently certified random number generator technology. Game outcomes are determined solely by this certified RNG and cannot be influenced by any party, including p998. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are available in the game's information panel.

6.5 Live Casino. Live dealer games operate in real time with human dealers. p998 is not responsible for disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the User's side. If a live game session is interrupted due to a platform-side technical failure, p998 will resolve the outcome in accordance with the applicable live casino rules.

6.6 Maximum Winnings. Maximum single-event winnings and maximum payout limits apply and are displayed within the relevant sportsbook or casino section. p998 reserves the right to limit winnings to the published maximum regardless of the size of the wager placed.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits offered by p998 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are stated in the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates are stated within each individual promotion.

7.3 One Bonus Per User. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are available once per User, per household address, per device, and per payment method. p998 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel bonus credits where it reasonably suspects that a User is engaging in promotional abuse.

7.4 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion. If a User requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement attached to a bonus, p998 reserves the right to deduct any uncleared bonus credits and associated winnings from the withdrawal amount before processing.

7.5 p998 Right to Modify Promotions. p998 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus credits that have already been applied to an account will continue to be governed by the terms in force at the time of issue.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p998 platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, claim duplicate bonuses, or evade restrictions;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage, including during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human process to interact with the platform;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of pricing errors or bonus terms;
• Colluding with other users, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Money laundering or depositing funds derived from criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with any part of the p998 platform's technical infrastructure;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p998 staff or other users through any communication channel.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the p998 platform — including but not limited to the p998 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game assets, and data — is the intellectual property of p998 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the p998 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any platform content.

9.3 Any unauthorised use of p998's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability in addition to immediate account termination.

10. Privacy & Data

10.1 p998 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy.

10.2 p998 may share User data with third-party payment processors, KYC verification providers, fraud detection services, and regulatory authorities as required by its licensing obligations or applicable law. p998 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

10.3 p998 uses cookies and similar tracking technologies as described in the Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes consent to this use unless cookie settings have been adjusted at the browser level.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Limitation of Liability

12.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p998 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or internet outages;
• Loss of data, account balance discrepancies, or delays in financial processing caused by third-party payment providers;

12.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit p998's liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by p998's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Suspension & Termination

13.1 By p998. p998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or where required by a regulatory or legal obligation.

13.2 Balance on Termination. Where an account is closed by p998 due to a breach of these Terms, p998 may withhold all or part of the account balance pending investigation. Where closure is not related to a breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned to the User via the registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 By the User. You may request closure of your p998 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal rules, and the resulting balance handled as described in clause 13.2.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 p998 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, p998 will notify registered users via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the amendments.

14.2 Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 13.3.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p998 holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute arising out of or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies in that jurisdiction.

15.2 Complaints Procedure. 15.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and p998 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties on the same subject matter.
